Introduced in 1972, Mitsubishi today has the second highest market share in Saudi Arabia and the highest market share for Mitsubishi in the entire MENA region.
New and used car showrooms are now available in all main areas throughout Saudi Arabia with the flagship showroom in Al Rai. All classes of Mitsubishi vehicles ranging from small to medium sedans, SUVs, SPVs as well as commercial vehicles such as pickups and mini buses are available.
Sales staff are divided into 3 categories to cover all customer requirements:
- Retail team: available in retail showroom ready to service walk-in customers
- Fleet team: a professional fleet salesmen dedicated to fleet sales, approaching corporate and companies at their locations offering fleet solutions.
- Wholesale Team: devoted to government and quasi-government tenders.
In 2010, Sharaf Din Group of Companies was awarded the exclusive distribution rights for Mitsubishi Motors in the Arab Republic of Egypt. Operating as a joint venture with Al Kharafi Group of Saudi Arabia, Diamond Motors Company (DMC) managed to successfully reintroduce the Mitsubishi Motors brand to the Egyptian market after a difficult period.
Today DMC commands a market share that continues to grow at double digit rates with new facilities opening across Egypt. DMC also manages a strong dealer and service network representing Mitsubishi Motors in every city in Egypt, ensuring that customers are always within close reach.
